About Us

The Conservative movement is at the vital center of the Jewish world, and its three congregational organizations are at the movement’s heart. It is our hope that CJ, jointly published in print and online by the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, Women’s League for Conservative Judaism, and the Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs, will:

  • Enhance readers’ Jewish knowledge and inspire them to live lives increasingly filled with Jewish observance and learning
  • Encourage a commitment to klal Yisrael
  • Convey the different voices of Conservative Judaism
  • Highlight innovations and creativity within the movement’s organizations and kehillot
  • Identify challenges facing Conservative Judaism and offer constructive solutions

We hope you will browse the articles on this website to learn more about Conservative Judaism.
