Sanctifull, a smartphone app created by the Rabbinical Assembly, contains new prayers that speak to life’s critical moments for which there are no traditional Jewish texts. The prayers mark occasions such as placing a parent in a nursing home, sending one’s children to school for the first time, or after a fight with a spouse or friend. Other features include Hebrew, English, transliteration, and audio for traditional blessings.
“This app is our latest endeavor to make Judaism’s wisdom accessible for Jews in the rhythm of their everyday experiences,” said Rabbi Julie Schonfeld, executive vice president. Download Sanctifull in the Apple App store.
